Airbus makes aeroplanes – one imagines the process is they design them, make a prototype, test it, refine the design, then make lots of them and launch them into service. It’s a serial process, with one event coming after another. When you get on an Airbus, you’re pretty sure it’s a safe way to travel because the design and manufacturing process is so thorough.
If you wait to design, build and test your business to perfection before you launch, you’ll never get off the ground. Unless there are safety critical elements to consider, think about your business more like strapping the wings on while you’re thundering down the runway.
